Lucas is the most skilled physical therapist I have experienced.  Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his craft, but he truly cares about the well-being of his patients.

I went to Lucas after meniscus surgery.  I was in a great deal of pain and was so hesitant to move my knee.  Lucas was very patient.  He made me feel comfortable by explaining the structure of my knee and what has to be done to get it back to normal.  He customized a plan for me and worked gently, yet diligently to get me back to my daily athletic activities.  

I highly recommend Lucas to anyone whom is in need of physical therapy and wants to improve their physical capabilities.

I’ve been a high-level jiu-jitsu practitioner and weightlifter for years… but unfortunately, with “experience” also comes the inevitable understanding that “I just don’t heal like I used to.”

I met Lucas after suffering a tear in both a tendon and ligament in my shoulder– an orthopedist suggested I try physical therapy before considering surgery… and I’m glad I did. Lucas worked with me to regain mobility and strength in my shoulder, as well as helping me understand the underlying problems with my movement patterns that contributed to the injury in the first place.

It took time and patience, but Lucas helped me get my shoulder back to 110%, and I’ve managed to be pain- and injury-free for almost a decade since (knock wood). I recommend him to any friends and training partners; not only if they’re trying to rehab injuries, but if they’re trying to prevent them in the first place.

Knee pain has been a constant struggle for me since my early teens. I’ve seen multiple  physical therapists who brushed off my symptoms or provided only temporary solutions to my pain- I always left feeling frustrated.

However, from our first session, Lucas took the time to explain the other aspects of my body that were contributing to my knee pain and break down how we’d go about fixing and improving it. At each session thereafter, he was friendly and attentive- I never felt passed off to assistants like I had with past PTs.
